By hiring services from SMART FIX BY GOOD GUYS or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Scope of Services

SMART FIX BY GOOD GUYS provides handyman services including, but not limited to appliance repair, basic plumbing, non-structural electrical work, interior and exterior painting, drywall repair, ceiling fan and light fixture installation, general maintenance, lawn care, and minor exterior work. Structural or engineering work is excluded.

Estimates and Pricing

All prices are estimates. Final pricing may change due to hidden conditions or customer-requested changes. Any changes will be communicated before proceeding.

Diagnostics and Service Calls

Some services may require a diagnostic or service call fee. If approved, this fee may be applied to the total cost.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Cancellations

Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen events.

Materials

We may provide materials or work with customer-supplied materials. We do not warranty customer-provided materials.

Warranty

Warranty covers labor only for a limited time. It does not cover normal wear, misuse, or third-party work.

Limitation of Liability

Client acknowledges inherent risks. We are not liable for indirect damages or pre-existing conditions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where services are performed.
